The service
Fatooraz provides a subscription cloud workspace for invoicing, billing, VAT and point of sale. Features depend on your plan.
Free trial
New customers receive a 90-day free trial without a payment card. The trial uses ZATCA’s simulation environment and is not intended for issuing real tax documents.
Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed in Saudi riyals and exclude 15% VAT, which is added to the invoice. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
Suspension and deletion
If a trial ends without a subscription, or a payment is not made, the workspace may be suspended. We keep the data for 30 days after suspension so you can subscribe or export it, after which it is archived and deleted under our retention policy.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, for completing ZATCA onboarding as the taxpayer, for your tax filings and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to disrupt the platform, or to attempt to access other customers’ data.
Liability
The service is provided as is within the limits allowed by law. We are not a tax adviser; consult your accountant about your obligations.
